Terms and Conditions for Haven Stay Manor

 

Welcome to Haven Stay Manor. We are committed to providing a comfortable and memorable experience for all our guests. Please read and adhere to the following rules and regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

 

• Respect for Property

Antique Items: All items placed as antiques (e.g., furniture, decor, dining tables, etc.) must be handled with care. No feet on the sofas or antique items), especially in the hall and museum areas. Any damages to the antiques or property will be fined and the cost will be recovered from the guest responsible.

Furniture: Do not move or rearrange furniture or antiques. Kindly do not touch or tamper with any antique items.

Kitchen Usage: The kitchen is strictly off-limits for guests. No requests for kitchen use will be entertained after check-in. Smoking and drinking inside rooms are also prohibited.

 

• Package Policy

Package details will be confirmed to the guests in advance. In case of the full package, we provide one time breakfast, lunch, dinner and  evening snacks. For any special food requests outside this meal, guests are required to communicate it in advance. Unfortunately, we will be unable to entertain any last minute special requests in terms of food.

 

• Waste Management

Please do not dispose of plastic, alcohol bottles, cigarette covers or other waste on the property. All waste should be placed inside the designated waste bins. If additional bins are needed, please request them.

 

• Smoking and Drinking

Smoking and drinking are only allowed in the following areas:

• Lawn Area

• Campfire Area

• Around the Natural Pond

Strictly prohibited in rooms, hall, verandah, terrace, or anywhere around the premise. Smoking and drinking requests for these areas after check-in will not be entertained.

 

• Drugs policy

The possession or use of any type of drugs, including but not limited to Pan Parag, Khaini, Cocaine, MDMA, and similar substances, is strictly prohibited on the property.

Any individual found in possession of such items will be reported to the authorities, and their booking will be canceled immediately after check-in.

 

• Noise and Quiet Hours

Campfire Timing: The campfire is scheduled from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Dinner Timing: Dinner is served between 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

After 10:00 PM, please maintain quietness. No loud music, howling, or use of loudspeakers will be permitted after this time to maintain a peaceful environment.

 

• General Behavior

All guests must respect the property rules and be mindful of the space and other guests. We strive to provide maximum freedom for our guests, but kindly adhere to the rules.

Inform all companions about the Haven Stay Manor rules and regulations at the time of check-in to ensure everyone’s understanding and compliance.

 

• Swimming in the Natural Pond

The Natural Pond is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a unique experience. Although it can be used for swimming, be aware that tree leaves or natural soil may float on the surface due to the natural environment. This makes the pond special and connected to nature, enhancing your experience with its natural beauty.

The water level in the natural pond varies depending upon the season. From December to May, the water level is normally low due to the summer season.

Safety measures are available to provide safe and fun experience for our guests. We have a deep diving expert Mr Ullas who will be available to ensure safety and comfort.

Natural pond will not available in case of bad weather and lightning/thunder.

 

• Check-in and Check-out

Our check-in and check-out times are flexible. You can check-in at any time and check-out any time before sunset on the day of departure.

 

• Respect and Consideration for All Guests

We aim to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, both local and international. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and peaceful environment of the property.

By proceeding with your booking and staying at Haven Stay Manor, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

• Liability

The host is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur on the property during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the premises.

The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and secure them appropriately.

• Termination of Stay

The host reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund if guests violate the terms and conditions or engage in illegal activities on the property.

• Amendments to Terms

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Guests will be informed of any significant changes prior to their stay.

• Payment terms

75 percent of the total amount must be paid in advance immediately after booking is confirmed. The balance amount should be cleared on or before arrival.

• Pets Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking details. If pets are allowed, guests must ensure that they are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests or damage the property.

• Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 5 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a [partial/full] refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.

• Identification

Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in. This is to verify the identity of the guest and ensure a smooth check-in process.
